Allen E. Pittoors
Mr. Pittoors assists in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the chemical and mechanical arts. Additionally, he assists in the preparation of patent infringement and freedom to practice opinions, and works on a variety of intellectual property litigation matters.
As an undergraduate student, Mr. Pittoors assisted with research for Ford Motor Company, analyzing oil/polymer blends in order to control cutting-fluid atomization and misting problems. While pursuing his Master’s degree, he was a graduate teaching assistant for Applied Engineering Numerical Analysis.
Prior to attending law school, he gained valuable work experience in various positions. He was a graduate fellow and weapons analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency; a project engineer for a consulting firm, working with chemical treatment facilities and water flow systems; and a program engineer for Borg Warner Automotive, organizing and directing studies of product design validations.
