Anna M. Budde
Anna M. Budde specializes in preparation and prosecution of national and international chemical and mechanical patents. She has successfully prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and international patent applications in a broad range of technologies, including: coatings, polymer synthesis and processing, chemical manufacturing, organic chemistry, catalysts, fuel cells, consumer products, inks and printing technologies, ceramics, filtration, pigment manufacturing and purification, OLEDs, and lubricants.
She is experienced in conducting landscape investigations and in preparing freedom-to-operate, validity, infringement, and patentability opinions. Mrs. Budde draws on her experience as a senior research chemist with BASF Corporation for seventeen years, where her research in coatings led to being an inventor on four U.S. patents. Along with her research duties, she also performed patent prosecution work for BASF as a patent agent.
