Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Detroit School of Law. Mr. Miller has over 35 years of experience in all areas of intellectual property, with a substantial portion of his practice involving the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications (with emphasis on PCT protocol), as well as the conveyance (sale, assignment and licensing) of technology and related intellectual properties, i.e., patents, trademarks, technical know-how, and trade secrets, throughout the world. Mr. Miller also has extensive strategic planning and valuation experience pertaining to all types of intellectual properties involved in corporate merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions.
