Brent G. Seitz

Mr. Seitz’s practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications to secure intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad. He has experience with a wide range of technologies, including the mechanical, biotech, chemical, aerospace, and optical arts. He also counsels clients regarding patentability, freedom to practice, patent validity, and infringement issues. 

Mr. Seitz litigates patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes as well. His experience includes trial practice, deposition practice, and preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery. He has appeared before federal district and appellate courts throughout the country, and handled disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
