Elizabeth K. Brock

Ms. Brock specializes in trademark and unfair competition law and related Internet matters. Her domestic and foreign trademark practice consists of clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement, including inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. As many of her clients have a substantial online presence, a large part of her practice is devoted to protecting her clients' brands on the Internet, including domain name portfolio strategy, acquisition, management and enforcement, including actions under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Procedure. Ms. Brock also negotiates co-existence and license agreements, and the acquisition of domain names from third parties.
