Elizabeth D. Odell

Ms. Odell's current practice includes patent, trademark and copyright matters. She has extensive experience in negotiation, litigation and client counseling. Her patent prosecution work includes electrical, mechanical and computer-related applications.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Odell was employed by IBM Corporation in the United States and Germany to develop and implement software systems for military and commercial use. She also developed system and application software at Yale University and Washington University in St. Louis and has taught courses on computer systems at University College of Washington University.
