H. Keith Miller

Mr. Miller has over 35 years of experience in all areas of intellectual property law, with a substantial portion of his practice devoted to the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. He places a special emphasis on PCT protocol, and on the conveyance of technologies and their related patents, trademarks, and trade secrets throughout the world.

Mr. Miller also has extensive strategic planning and valuation experience pertaining to all types of intellectual properties involved in corporate merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions.
