Jason M. Benedict

Mr. Benedict’s practice involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical, computer, electromechanical, and mechanical arts. Additionally, he assists in litigation matters and in the preparation of legal opinions.

While at the University of Michigan, Mr. Benedict’s studies focused on digital circuits and microelectromechanical systems. His work there included the design and fabrication of a prototype MEMS tactile imager with content-addressable memory for fingerprint identification applications. While attending law school, he worked two summers as an associate for Harness Dickey, assisting in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and conducting legal research.
