Jessica S. Sachs

Ms. Sachs practices trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law. Her practice is primarily devoted to domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, including inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Sachs regularly counsels domestic and international clients on a wide array of matters, with particular emphasis on trademark clearance, enforcement, policing, licensing, and litigation issues, as well as Internet and domain name matters. 

She joined Harness Dickey in 2004 and became a principal in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sachs was a trademark and copyright attorney at an Ohio-based international law firm.
