Professional Experience
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Walsh is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer, counselor and federal court-certified mediator. Over the last 15 years, he has served several multinational corporations as a trusted advisor in connection with a broad array of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and related litigation and licensing matters, with an increasing focus in Asia and Europe.
Mr. Walsh is frequently called upon to evaluate intellectual property strategies and disputes. He drafts and negotiates a wide variety of related agreements - including sophisticated research, joint-development, technology-transfer and licensing agreements. He conducts on-time and in-budget due diligence investigations, and has considerable experience in state and federal court litigation and adminstrative proceedings involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement.
