Kara R. Fussner (Yancey)

Mrs. Fussner's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation in the areas of patents, trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity, trade secrets and unfair competition. This includes advising companies on ways to avoid litigation and resolve disputes, and also, where necessary, advocating for clients through the courts. Mrs. Fussner is directly and personally involved in all aspects of litigation on behalf of her clients, from developing case strategy to defending depositions and drafting motions and briefs. She also devotes a significant portion of her time to managing trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has experience in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts around the country. 

Prior to joining Harness Dickey, she practiced corporate and commercial litigation at two major general practice firms.
