Kevin G. Mierzwa

Mr. Mierzwa’s practice involves preparation and prosecution of patents in a wide variety of technologies in the electrical, electronic, mechanical and electromechanical arts, including the satellite and aerospace industry, communications industry, automotive industry and semiconductor industry.

Mr. Mierzwa has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of intellectual property, both in the United States and abroad. A significant amount of his practice is devoted to developing patent portfolios for corporations. This includes drafting patent applications suitable for filing worldwide, competitive analysis, and identification of areas in which to expand a company’s intellectual property, and infringement, validity and enforceability opinions.
