Professional Experience
Ms. DuRoss has practiced trademark and copyright law since 1986. Her practice is devoted to all phases of trademark and copyright procurement, licensing, maintenance and enforcement on a global basis. She joined Harness Dickey in 2000 and became an equity principal in 2004.
As an adjunct professor, she developed and taught a curriculum entitled "Protecting Your Ideas." Ms. DuRoss has served as an expert witness in a number of trademark cases. She has also lived and studied in Paris, France.
