Professional Experience
Mr. Doerr’s practice includes patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; preparation and prosecution of patent applications; preparation of freedom to practice opinions; and transactional due diligence matters.
Prior to joining Harness Dickey, Mr. Doerr practiced for several years with a small firm in commercial and municipal litigation, serving as trial counsel in both jury and bench trials.
