Michael A. Schaldenbrand

Mr. Schaldenbrand's practice centers around obtaining, enforcing, and licensing intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad. His areas of specialty are in the computer, software, business method, and electromechanical arts. 

Mr. Schaldenbrand also devotes a portion of his practice to counseling clients, assisting in patent litigation matters, and preparing legal opinions related to patentability, validity, and freedom to practice.
