Michael D. Zalobsky

Mr. Zalobsky's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of utility and design patent applications. He also prepares intellectual property agreements and opinions regarding patent validity and infringement, and counsels clients. He specializes in a wide range of mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies including power tools, automotive vehicles, consumer appliances, and aircraft and spacecraft propulsion systems.

Prior to joining Harness Dickey, Mr. Zalobsky worked as a senior manufacturing engineer with Detroit Diesel Corporation.
