Paul A. Keller
Mr. Keller's legal practice is concentrated in the creation and overall management of domestic and international intellectual property portfolios for clients in a variety of disciplines, including procurement, enforcement, and licensing of utility and design patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He also specializes in the investigation and preparation of freedom-to-practice, due diligence and validity opinions, alternative dispute resolution, and assessing and litigating claims and defenses.
For the first 12 years of practice, Mr. Keller was in the litigation group working with in-house counsel from Fortune 500 clients in intellectual property jury and non-jury litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Keller has first chair litigation experience involving patents, trademarks, and trade secrets in diverse fields. Prior to law school, he gained several years of experience in the communication, construction and environmental industries.
