Roland A. Fuller, III
Roland A. Fuller, III, has over 26 years of experience in intellectual property law and commercial law related to intellectual property and technology. Prior to joining the firm, he was Senior Staff Counsel - Intellectual Property, for DaimlerChrysler Intellectual Capital Corporation and prior to that, he worked in private practice in the intellectual property groups of two large general practice firms, headquartered in Indianapolis.
Through these positions, Mr. Fuller handled a broad range of matters, including management of an intellectual property portfolio, intellectual property transactions, intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property-related antitrust issues. He also handled Internet matters, trade secrets, copyrights, software, disputes - including litigation, and the preparation and prosecution of patents for a variety of electronic and mechanical inventions, with a focus on complex electronic, software and business method inventions.
