Ryan W. Massey

Mr. Massey's current practice involves conducting freedom-to-practice, infringement and invalidity investigations, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Mr. Massey has successfully argued several cases before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.

While at George Mason, Mr. Massey worked as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications in the technical field of automotive transmissions, transmission controls, machine elements, and mechanisms.
