Stephen T. Olson

Mr. Olson has over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law. He has extensive experience in a variety of technology and business areas, particularly mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies within the medical device, refrigeration, and automotive industries.

His practice includes extensive counseling and negotiations on behalf of clients across the intellectual property field. His work includes development and implementation of intellectual property strategies, worldwide patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, infringement and validity opinions, including development of enforcement and risk avoidance strategies, and the negotiation and drafting of agreements.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Olson was involved in various litigation matters and performed extensive research in all areas of intellectual property law.
