Timothy D. MacIntyre

Mr. MacIntyre’s practice focuses on developing and implementing IP protection strategies for a wide range of clients. His practice includes patent portfolio management and comprehensive patent risk assessment. Mr. MacIntyre has also counseled clients on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions as well as handled transactional matters with a special emphasis on software-related issues. His practice further involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications in diverse areas of technology, including analog circuitry, battery management, medical devices, network management tools, non-contact sensing, optical networking, speech processing, tactical radios, and wireless networking. 

Prior to law school, Mr. MacIntyre spent four years as a consultant with Andersen Consulting. During that time, he designed and developed client-server software applications for a number of large companies.
