Timothy J. Martin

Mr. Martin’s practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in various mechanical and electromechanical areas including automotive, biomedical, control systems, and electrolytic cells. He also participates in the preparation of patentability and other legal opinions.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Martin participated in a research program at Pennsylvania State University, co-authoring a NATO ASI paper on minimally invasive surgical devices. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed at General Motors for over seven years. While there, he worked as a product engineer in structural testing and chassis design. While attending law school, Mr. Martin worked as a clerk at Harness Dickey, assisting in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
