Tom E. Vesbit

Tom Vesbit provides valuable legal guidance in all areas of Intellectual Property Law, and specializes in patent and trademark law. Specifically, Mr. Vesbit works with inventors to obtain patents in a wide range of technologies, including automotive, aerospace, athletic apparel, integrated circuit manufacturing, biomedical, and other technologies. Tom also prepares infringement, right-to-manufacture, and validity opinions. Tom additionally helps clients to procure rights in trademarks and counsels clients in licensing, assignments, and Intellectual Property negotiations.
 

Prior to joining HDP, Mr. Vesbit worked as a design engineer on the Boeing Delta II rocket. He later worked in Nagoya, Japan for IPICS Corporation as an international patent specialist.
