Competitive Compensation
Our attorneys are compensated competitively. Salary increases are keyed to individual performance, rather than lock-step compensation, thereby providing attorneys control to set their own pace. While normal office hours are provided, attorneys are free to determine their own schedules. Compensation also includes health care, vision and dental benefits.

Professional Development
Harness Dickey believes that continuing education is an important aspect of practicing law. Accordingly, training is provided on various topics ranging from complex prosecution issues to new practice procedures adopted by the USPTO. Professional development is also supported through an annual seminar and lecture attendance fund.
