The Reston, Virginia office of Harness Dickey is seeking an electrical patent prosecution associate (1-4 years of IP experience preferred).  A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering are required.  Eligibility to practice before the USPTO is also a plus. The Clayton, Missouri office of Harness Dickey is seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution Associate.  Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of IP experience, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to computer and software technologies, and an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering.  Candidates should also have a strong technical background, strong writing and communication skills, and excellent academic credentials.  USPTO registration is required, as well as membership to a state bar.

Patent Prosecution Associate

The Frisco, Texas office of Harness Dickey has an immediate opening for an Associate attorney. Qualified candidates will have an undergraduate degree and/or technical experience in the Mechanical Engineering arts (an advanced degree is preferred, but not required), state bar and USPTO registration, 2-3 years patent preparation and prosecution experience and familiarity with U.S. patent laws.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
