Troy patent attorney Robert Siminski will participate in a panel discussion at the upcoming Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Owner’s Association. The discussion, titled “China: The Developing Frontier for IP Procurement and Enforcement Trends and Current Status,” will address the rapidly rising number of patent applications filed in China and corresponding reactions from both U.S. and foreign businesses. Siminski will join a patent attorney in a Beijing-based IP firm as well as two in-house attorneys from large U.S. companies on the panel, which is set to take place Monday September 18 from 4:00-5:30.
