Meyer, a St. Louis patent attorney, focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications related to electrical and computer technologies in the United States and abroad. He is also experienced in handling intellectual property litigation matters throughout the United States, including patent review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board within the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Meyer holds a J.D. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
As a counselor and IP strategist, Kella primarily works with clients in the computer, software, and consumer electronics industries, with significant experience in technologies such as wireless communication, e-commerce, automotive systems, and power management. His practice focus includes patent preparation and prosecution, as well as rendering freedom to operate and patentability opinions. Kella also has significant experience litigating patent cases before federal courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law with concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Kella also holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
