Jeff is a Principal of Harness Dickey who has successfully obtained more than 1,000 patents in the U.S. and abroad for a wide range of clients over the past twenty years.
Jeff is the Chairman of the Firm’s U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Practice Committee, the group that keeps the firm on the cutting edge of developments and techniques relating to the prosecution of U.S. patents, trademarks and other intellectual property issues. As someone who is intimately involved with these best practices, Jeff works closely with clients to develop comprehensive strategies to maximize their intellectual property portfolios.

Prior to the practice of law, Jeff worked as a mechanical design engineer for an overseas-based camera company responsible for the design and manufacture of name-brand 35mm cameras.
Jeff also has a passion for flying and is the proud co-founder of a network of more than 40,000 pilots, owners, operators and mechanics.
